Fire Safety

The property is fitted with smoke alarms and a CO2 (Carbon Monoxide) alarm in the kitchen area. All alarms will be checked and accounted for in the pre-tenancy inventory. Should any alarms need replacing during your tenancy, it is your responsibility to notify the landlord, who will undertake any work needed. 

Each bedroom and both external doors are fitted with thumb-turn locks, allowing for easy exit from the house via fire escape routes which will be made available to you at the start of your tenancy.

Deposit Protection
