You’ll need to complete our application checks, provide a guarantor and confirm your student status. We also carry out affordability checks, usually using evidence of your student loan or other funding.
You’ll need to prove your Right to Rent in England, too. The documents or checks required depend on your circumstances.
Don’t worry about working it all out yourself. Tom and Molly will explain what you need, guide you through the process and confirm the rent, deposit and tenancy terms before you commit.
Can I view several student houses if I’m not sure which one I want?
+
Absolutely. We usually recommend viewing two to five student houses in one appointment so you can compare locations, room sizes, layouts and prices.
Tell Tom and Molly your group size, budget and any houses that have caught your eye. One of us will show you around and explain the differences, helping you decide which home suits your group.
