We are a small, local team in Stoke-on-Trent. Every house we advertise is either owned by us or personally inspected, our fees are £0, and you can message us directly on WhatsApp from day one.
Most of our advertised houses are managed by us. Before every tenancy starts we go through each property room by room, checking the heating, appliances, furniture and safety certificates, because we live locally and we take great pride in ensuring your house is ready for move-in.
Alongside our own houses, we list a small number of properties from a few experienced local landlords we have known and worked with for years. We only list homes we would be happy for a friend to live in, and we will always tell you honestly who manages each one before you sign.
Either way, the listing always tells you who you will be dealing with before you book a viewing.
